Climate Resilient Edible Garden Workshop

04/20, 1-3PM

The ‘Climate Resilient Edible Garden’ workshop is geared toward beginners with all ages and experience levels welcome to participate. Workshop participants will plant starter seeds to take home and receive instruction on how to keep them growing.

This workshop focuses on edible gardening and will also cover tips on how to select plants that are more climate-resilient, how to fend off pests, and creating a garden that supports pollinators like bees and butterflies by replacing grass with plants.

This is a free drop-in workshop hosted at The Bronx Museum of the Arts

All ages are welcome at The Bronx Museum for a FREE fun-filled afternoon of art-making and exploration with artists Christina Freeman & Katherine Miranda, whose work is on view in Part Two of The Sixth AIM Biennial! Bronx Museum Educators will also be offering additional creative activities for everyone to enjoy.

This event is free and all are welcome. You can let us know you plan to attend with an optional RSVP.
